The adorable "Shiba Inu" floating on top of milk tea is the recently Instagram-famous "Minister Fresh Milk Tea." Due to the immense popularity of this drink at Mr. Yutian’s Hand-Brewed Beverage Bar, crowds of buyers have flocked in. If you want to see the super-cute "Shiba Inu" bathing in the milk tea, be prepared to wait in line. Though the crowd varies, expect at least a 30-minute wait. Friends who want to buy the "Minister Fresh Milk Tea" or "Minister Cotton Candy" should first get a ticket at the counter before joining the queue. Once the tickets are gone for the day, that’s it — the Minister drinks are sold out.

The Minister Fresh Milk Tea features a cotton candy shaped like the Minister himself on top, while the milk tea below is made using estate Assam black tea priced at NT$4,000 per kilogram, topped with fresh milk foam made from unadjusted fresh milk. The shaped cotton candy will quickly melt and slowly sink into the drink, so those wanting to take photos should act fast.

Additionally, ever since the launch of the Minister Fresh Milk Tea a few days ago, it quickly caught attention. Coupled with the recent increase in queues and the fact that the Shiba Inu Minister Cotton Candy is not available in unlimited quantities, Mr. Yutian’s Hand-Brewed Beverage Bar hopes that those who wish to purchase the "Minister Fresh Milk Tea" or "Minister Cotton Candy" will first get a ticket at the counter before queuing. Once the tickets are gone for the day, that’s it — the Minister drinks are sold out. Also, regardless of the drink, each person is limited to one cup. If you want to buy just the Minister Cotton Candy, you must also purchase one other drink.
