During the hot summer months, besides water parks and swimming pools at sports centers, the water play area "Water Village Garden" at Taipei’s Water Museum has also been a popular choice for locals to cool off on weekends. However, visitors should take note: according to the latest regulations, starting now, bringing fragile items or water guns into the water play area is strictly prohibited.

Officials explained that the ban is in place to ensure the safety of both children and adults, aiming to prevent accidents where water guns might break and injure other visitors in the water. Park staff will continue to make announcements to remind visitors of the rule. For those eager for a water gun battle, there is a shallow splash pad not far from the water play area where everyone can enjoy a fun water fight.
