As summer vacation draws to a close, what new highlights await at Universal Studios Japan starting in September? This year, the annual Halloween event series is getting an upgrade and returning with even more thrills. In addition to the previously introduced survival game themed on “Resident Evil,” titled “Biohazard The Real 2,” there will be six other horror-themed attractions challenging your courage starting from September 12.

In addition to continuing last year’s spine-chilling attractions featuring “Sadako” and “Friday the 13th – Killer Jason,” this year even “Chucky the killer doll” and “Ju-On: The Grudge” are joining the horror lineup. The terrifying doll Chucky will launch a deadly chase after visitors in the toy factory, while the horrifying Ju-On will place a terrifying curse on “Back to the Future” and “Jurassic Park.” Want to know just how scary it is? Also evolving is the “Dark Restaurant – A Horrifying Dinner Party,” where you dine in pitch darkness with no idea of what might happen around you. The fear of the unknown will continuously stimulate your senses, leaving you restless and unable to eat. The park has also recently offered a lottery opportunity on its official website, allowing guests to try out this attraction early.
