Among the celebrities nominated by EVA Air Chairman Chang Kuo-wei to take the ice bucket challenge, in addition to actor Takeshi Kaneshiro, Civil Aeronautics Director General Shen Qi was also on the list.
In response to Chang Kuo-wei’s nomination, Shen Qi completed the ice bucket task in front of the Civil Aeronautics Administration at noon on August 20 and personally donated $100 (approximately NT$3,000) to the Association for Friends of Motor Neuron Disease Patients (ALS Association).

After completing the challenge, Shen Qi nominated Deputy Minister of Finance Chang t?⑻ 以盎 and the head of �咀芫矸押杈, as well as General Manager Chiang Chienn-t’ing of 版??, to continue the goodwill and momentum of the campaign.
