Seven “Yunlin YouBike” Stations to Launch Early on the 25th

Residents of Yunlin are in for a treat！ The “Yunlin YouBike” system, originally scheduled for completion in December, will now open seven stations for public bike rentals on the 25th, giving locals a chance to experience the convenience of YouBike ahead of time.

“Changhua YouBike” was launched in May and has already nearly reached 430,000 rides. Now expanding to Yunlin, starting at 1 PM on the 25th, seven stations—including the square in front of Yunlin Railway Station, Yunlin Township Office, Yunlin Police Precinct, First Market, Sanduo Park, Sanhua Park, and Zhishan Park—will offer a total of 160 YouBikes for public use.

The pricing for Yunlin YouBike follows the same model as Changhua: the first 30 minutes are free, then NT$10 for every subsequent 30 minutes; from 4 to 8 hours, it’s NT$20 per 30 minutes; and over 8 hours, it’s NT$40 per 30 minutes. In the future, users will be able to rent bikes in Changhua City and return them in Yunlin Town, making a one-day trip between the two areas even more convenient.
