With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, why not skip the hassle of grilling at home and opt to stay at a hotel? Enjoy a delicious barbecue feast right inside the hotel — saving both time and effort. Capitalizing on the Mid-Autumn business opportunity, hotels across the country are launching special Mid-Autumn packages to attract guests looking for reunion meals. Travelers can choose to stay overnight or simply join a BBQ party.

From the evening of September 6 (Saturday) to September 7 (Sunday), Taipei’s Ambassador Hotel will serve a variety of grilled dishes and gourmet delights at its Ming Yuan Western Restaurant, along with a special roasted suckling pig. For just NT$1,800+10% per person, enjoy the “Mid-Summer Reunion BBQ Party” featuring freshly grilled delicacies, DIY ice cream, and unlimited drinks including several types of beer and juice. Meanwhile, MARKET CAFE', the five-star buffet restaurant at Ambassador Hotel in Tianmu, will host an “Open-air Mid-Autumn South American-style BBQ Party” during the same period at NT$1,280+10% per person. Additionally, there is a limited-time “Mid-Autumn Premium BBQ Gift Basket” for six people priced at NT$3,600, featuring U.S. bone-in beef short ribs, juicy Italian rosemary pork chops, and slow-cooked truffle chicken rolls.

The Yunlan Tourism Group, which includes The Guest House, The Cloud, Grand Park Xinzhuang, and Grand Park Hualien, has jointly launched Mid-Autumn BBQ parties. The Guest House offers a Thai-flavored “Thai Delights BBQ Buffet” at NT$1,080+10% per person. Grand Park Hotel’s lakeside venue features a whole roasted pig, free-flow red and white wine, and a BBQ music carnival close to nature, priced at NT$1,680+10% per person. Grand Park Xinzhuang has launched a Mid-Autumn stay package with a complimentary “Night Barbecue Beer Q,” available at NT$3,999 per room (approximately 49% off). At Grand Park Hualien, guests can enjoy a refreshing lakeside BBQ party with a Mid-Autumn BBQ experience at NT$980+10% per person.

Lihxi Hot Spring Hotel, situated at the highest point in Beitou, will offer chef-exclusive Mooncake Osmanthus Cakes and Pomelo Macarons from September 6 to 8 during the Mid-Autumn holiday. Guests can savor these healthy and guilt-free treats while admiring the moon.
