Traveling around the world is no longer a dream！Foreign tourism representatives in Taiwan are recruiting “Super Agents”

Travel is a way to enrich life and gain life experience, and more and more people consider it an essential part of their lifestyle. According to statistics from the Tourism Bureau, the total number of Taiwanese traveling abroad in 2013 exceeded 11 million, a 7.94% increase compared to 2012. To help more Taiwanese discover overseas beauty spots, the Association of National Tourism Organizations Representatives in Taiwan (ANTOR) will“Super Agents”.

The Association of National Tourism Organizations Representatives in Taiwan stated,anyone aged 18 or above who enjoys traveling, exploring new things, has a passion for travel, and loves creating content can sign up to participate in the “ANTOR Taiwan: Super Blogger Agent” program to explore various countries around the world.The travel agent program includes three island destinations: Koh Samui in Thailand, Palawan in the Philippines, and Saipan, known as the best secret garden among U.S. territories, with a total value of NT$200,000. Each destination offers an in-depth five-day trip. Participants only need to submit a creative video, including a 30-second self-introduction. After being screened by a meeting of foreign tourism representatives in Taiwan, 14 finalists will be selected, and the top 5 most popular candidates will be chosen through public voting. They will then have the opportunity to compete to become Super Agents. Upon returning to Taiwan, they will be required to write three travel experience articles covering food, fun, and activities, as well as produce a travel video story. They may also get the chance to visit other ANTOR member countries and travel around the world！

The event details are as follows:

【Phase One】
Date: August 26, 2014 to September 25, 2014. E-mail your personal resume to the ANTOR Taiwan email address: antor.taiwan@gmail.com.

The resume must include:
1. A 【self-introduction】 in video format
2. Please include the following information in your email:
A. Basic information (name, gender, contact phone number, mobile number, contact email, personal blog link)
B. A 30-second creative self-introduction explaining why you are the best candidate for being a 【Super Blogger】
C. Video format must be uploadable to YouTube

【Phase Two】
Date: October 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014
A committee formed by foreign tourism representatives in Taiwan will select 14 Super Blogger finalists from the preliminary applicants based on the most creative videos and ideas. The videos of the finalists will be open for public “likes” on YouTube, and the top 5 candidates with the highest number of likes will proceed to the final selection.

【Phase Three】
Date: November 7, 2014 (tentative)
A panel of judges convened by foreign tourism representatives in Taiwan will evaluate participants based on their travel knowledge and creativity. The highest-scoring participant will be awarded the Super Blogger badge on the spot.

Registration rules:
1. Participants must be Republic of China nationals aged 18 or above. All personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
2. Within 48 hours after submitting your registration via e-mail, you will receive a registration number for future reference. Phone inquiries will not be accepted.
3. All uploaded video files are authorized for public use on the ANTOR official website.
4. The second-stage shortlist will be announced on the ANTOR Taiwan Facebook official page on October 1, 2014 (and shortlisted candidates will be notified by email).
5. Third-stage final selection time: Interviews will be held in November 2014. (The venue will be announced separately.)
6. The “Super Blogger” winner must complete the travel mission by the date specified by the respective national office.
7. In any stage of the above process, if a participant withdraws, the next eligible candidate will be selected.
8. All travel experiences and video stories upon returning to your home country are authorized for ANTOR to publicly use on its official website.
9. Selected participants will sign a separate contract, which will only become legally binding after being signed by both parties following mutual agreement on the content.
10. The trip content cannot be converted into cash, and all applicable taxes must be withheld as required. Airport taxes for both departure and arrival cities, visa fees, and other miscellaneous expenses are to be paid by the participants themselves.
11. These regulations shall come into effect after approval by the meeting of the heads of the representative offices, and the same applies to any amendments. For any matters not covered herein, the decision of the Foreign Tourist Offices in Taiwan Federation shall be the final interpretation.
