Ignoring "No Entry or Trampling" signs, tourists still step into daylily fields to take photos

Is the public morality of Taiwanese people not in decline? Currently, Liushishi Mountain in Hualien is in the daylily blooming season, attracting large crowds of flower-viewing visitors. However, many tourists walk into the daylily fields to take photos, and some tour guides even lead groups directly into the fields, completely ignoring the "No Entry or Trampling" signs.

Blogger Maji Xiaotu, who has visited Liushishi Mountain to photograph daylilies in recent years, said that on the night of the 5th, she followed a photography group to the mountain. By the morning of the 6th, she was surprised to see many tour groups walking straight into the daylily fields. Other young people and families then followed suit, also stepping into the fields as if they didn’t see the no-entry signs. Maji Xiaotu noted that Liushishi Mountain actually has walking paths for visitors, and the beautiful daylilies can be admired right along the paths—but many people still run into the fields to take pictures, completely disregarding the signs.

Additionally, Maji Xiaotu also wanted to set the record straight for photography enthusiasts—most people on-site were considerate and reminded each other not to trespass, contrary to recent news reports about people setting up tripods and entering flower fields just to get the perfect shot.
