OpenRice Taiwan announced on the 10th the results of the most popular restaurant vote among the 2017 OpenRice Taiwan Top 100 Favorite Restaurants (the term "心水" means "favorite" in Cantonese), featuring a total of 12 restaurants: Umi Sushi Standing Bar, Fuhang Soy Milk, Feizenya, Din Tai Fung, Lungtu Restaurant, Microheat Hill, Wen Zhang Beef Soup, Mao N

The selection method for the Top 100 Favorite Restaurants is based on netizen reviews of restaurants across Taiwan on the OpenRice website over the past year. It takes into account the total number of reviews, review quality, as well as the restaurant’s overall page views and number of bookmarks by users. After comprehensive calculation, a professional editorial team selected the 100 favorite restaurants. Then, from June 1 to June 30, 2017, netizens voted online to determine the 12 most popular restaurants.
