▲ The refrigerated display case features daily limited-edition desserts. Mirror cakes are limited in supply due to their time-consuming and labor-intensive production process (taking at least three days). If you don’t get to try the mirror cake, foodies are recommended to sample the baked custard and cheesecake—these are also must-try popular desserts at Zumit Handmade Pastries.

▲Little Universe NT$150The purple, starry Little Universe is absolutely gorgeous, and this totally dreamy mirror cake will completely melt any girl’s heart. This mirror cake is in the flavor of Caribbean cocktail mousse (with pineapple and apple filling), offering a sweet-and-sour taste that feels like love. (The color of the mirror cake is decided by the young owner on the day, so it might not be purple—and you can’t request a specific color either~)

▲ Freshly mashed apples blended with Caribbean cocktail create a hint of wine aroma and sweetness. The cake melts the moment it touches your mouth, and the homemade biscuit base at the bottom has a crisp, crumbly texture. The not-too-sweet flavor is smooth and pleasant.

▲STONE NT$190The soft pinkish-purple STONE is in the flavor of violet mixed berries (with cherries). Hu Li loves its gradient hues, and it’s even better when enjoyed with chocolate chips and adorable stone-shaped chocolates—the texture is incredibly rich. (The color of the mirror cake is decided by the young owner on the day, so it might not be purplish-red—and you can’t request a specific color either~)

▲ The mixed berries paired with cherry flesh taste refreshingly fragrant, and the filling includes soft white chocolate mousse. Every bite is rich and aromatic, and the crunchy chocolate bits add a delightful crunch.

▲ Best enjoyed hot, the stringiness can stretch super long (foodies, feel free to challenge yourselves XD). The double cheese adds a richer, softer, and chewier texture.

▲ The rich cheese is sprinkled with a bit of spice and powdered sugar, offering a savory-sweet flavor that’s incredibly moreish. Paired with the slightly crispy yet soft pancake, it’s hard not to finish it all.

▲Elderflower Butterfly Pea Flower Sparkling Drink NT$150The drinks at Zumit Handmade Pastries are also lovely. This elderflower butterfly pea flower sparkling drink is quite sweet, and Hu Li really likes it. Thanks to the butterfly pea flower, it has beautiful gradient colors, and the elderflower has a slight lychee flavor. With bubbles added, it’s refreshing and cuts through richness—it pairs nicely with desserts. (Not recommended for pregnant women or those on their period.)
