Pingtung Bicycle Highway Flower Season Series: Paper Panda Wearing Sunglasses Appears at Xishi Elementary School

Last updated 2026-09-24 — As part of Pingtung County Government’s “2014 Bicycle Highway Flower Season” series of events, the “Xishi Twin Bears” art installation was created on the 24th at Xishi Elementary School through an art class where teachers and students worked together to dress up and arrange paper black bears and paper pandas. Under the guidance of their teachers, 30 black bears and pandas wearing conical hats, floral scarves, sunglasses, and helmets made their debut, with their adorable looks prompting the children to exclaim they were “super cute.”
