A CUT is already one of Taiwan’s iconic premium steakhouse brands, but what if your budget is tight? Grand Formosa Regent’s ahmicafé (Ahmi Café) has launched the “Mini A CUT Set Meal” for just NT$899 + 10% service charge, allowing you to enjoy pan-seared ribeye steak with wasabi yuzu cream under the guidance of A CUT’s head chef, Raymond Ling. The set includes five exquisitely prepared dishes and will be available starting August 1.

The Ahmi Café “Mini A CUT Set Meal” includes an appetizer, soup, salad, a selected dessert, and a beverage. The appetizer is a refreshing smoked salmon tower with wine-marinated apples, while the soup is made with fresh, daily-selected ingredients. The Caesar salad with crispy onsen egg follows A CUT’s standard recipe. The main course features a Choice-grade pan-seared ribeye steak with wasabi yuzu cream, and the dessert is thoughtfully designed by the pastry chef from Grand Formosa Regent’s bakery.
