A new bus route has launched in the Greater Taipei area. The No. 951 express bus, jointly operated by Guide Bus and Zhongxing Bus, is scheduled to officially begin service on October 14. Its main route runs from Xizhi through National Freeway No. 3 to Xindian.

For passengers, the No. 951 express bus starts at Xizhi Station and ends at Renren High School, passing through several key transportation hubs along the way, including Xizhi Railway Station, Nangang Exhibition Center MRT Station, Dapinglin MRT Station, Xindian District Office MRT Station, as well as tourist spots such as Xizhi’s Dajianshan and Xindian’s Bitan. It also serves multiple schools, large hospitals, and tech parks including Chongyi High School and Xiufeng High School.

According to Zhongxing Bus, the No. 951 express bus uses a three-section fare system, with fare zones divided at Nangang Exhibition Center MRT Station and Xindian Interchange Station. During peak hours, buses run every 8–12 minutes, and during off-peak hours, every 15–20 minutes.
