The rooftop “Shining Starry Sky SKYBAR” created by CityInn Hotel Zhen’ai Mansion combines a premium sky-view restaurant with an all-you-can-eat concept. For just NT$299, you can enjoy delicious food while taking in the breathtaking night scenery of the city and riverbanks—it’s truly the wildest culinary hotspot ever.

Known as one of Kaohsiung’s top three open-air restaurants, “Shining Starry Sky SKYBAR” is open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and during consecutive holidays. Tickets are available on the 8th floor. For around NT$300—super affordable—you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of fine desserts and one drink. Children under 110 cm enter free, making it a big hit with newlywed parents on family trips.

This is a fully self-service eatery. All dishes are displayed on square counters with a wide variety to choose from. Once a dish runs out, staff quickly replenish it with new ones, delighting big eaters who say it’s totally worth it and that they’ve never experienced such a high-value all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Looking over the railing, the riverside scenery comes into view. Cargo ships slowly enter the harbor, and in the background, you can admire the urban landscape of Kaohsiung’s Pier-2 Art Center area.
