Every Taiwanese traveler visiting Hong Kong, whether for themselves or as gifts requested by friends, will surely include Jenny Bakery’s Cookie Bears and Cookies Quartet’s butterfly cookies. Now, you can get them in Taiwan too. Jenny Bakery has opened an official store in Taiwan, while Cookies Quartet is launching a pop-up event in partnership with Regent Taipei.

Jenny Bakery’s Cookie Bears
The location of Jenny Bakery’s Cookie Bears’ first official store in Taiwan is in Taipei’s East District. It officially opened on July 7, marking the brand’s first dedicated cookie bear store in Taiwan. With the brand now in Taiwan, fans no longer have to travel abroad or wait in long lines to get their favorite treats. In addition to offering the same four flavors available in Hong Kong—Coffee, Butter, Crispy Butter, and Raisin—the store also has a Taiwan-exclusive single-flavor Butter version.

Cookies Quartet Butterfly Cookie Gift Box
The renowned Hong Kong bakery “Cookies Quartet,” a must-visit when traveling to Hong Kong, will make a special pop-up appearance in Taiwan this August. In collaboration with Regent Taipei, the brand will release a limited-edition “Regent x Cookies Quartet” butterfly cookie gift box. Pre-orders begin on August 1 at the Regent Taipei Gift Shop on the first floor and via the hotel’s official website. Each box is priced at NT$880, with only 2,000 boxes available—once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Cookies Quartet uses organic flour from the U.S., premium butter from France or New Zealand, along with organic ingredients such as coconut blossom sugar and dried fruits. The brand’s most famous product, the butterfly cookie, is now available in Taiwan. Unlike similar products on the market, Cookies Quartet’s butterfly cookies are known for their ultra-thin 1.8mm layers. They are folded repeatedly to create 144 layers, resulting in an incredibly flaky texture that melts in your mouth after baking.
