Lai Seh-chen, President of the Taiwan Visitors Association, said that although the initial target for attendance last year was 260,000, the actual figure reached 310,000. This year, they hope to exceed last year’s performance by enhancing content, scale, and quality. The theme for this year’s fair is “Love Travel Fun,” aiming to make each edition more engaging and to position the autumn fair as a powerful marketing

Su Chengtian further stated that maintaining the success of the travel fair hinges on several key points: first, high foot traffic; second, strong purchasing enthusiasm; and third, this year’s new feature—the grand opening visit by top 100 enterprises. This means inviting employees of major domestic companies to visit on the opening day of the travel fair at group purchase rates, providing dedicated time for businesses in need of incentive travel, conference events, and other services to inquire and make purchases.

Additionally, new exhibitors at this year’s travel fair include the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Zagreb, Mozambique, Japan’s Kagaya, Shizuoka Prefecture, the Niigata Tourism Association, AirAsia, Tigerair Taiwan, V Air, MSC Cruises, the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan, Giant Travel Service, and Datong Beitou Qiyen Hot Spring. Japan remains the largest participating country, with a total of 141 booths from various tourism agencies and airlines.
