Seasonal mango and watermelon snowflake ice are piled high with fresh fruit, delivering a refreshing chill in every bite. “LanKe ZANK” is situated on the second floor of a building near the conveniently located Taoyuan Railway Station. Having stood in this spot for eight years, stepping upstairs reveals a surprisingly spacious area in this prime commercial district. The walls are painted with rainbow wings, perfectly matching today’s popular photo-op trend and adding a fresh vibe to the space.

When it comes to making ice desserts, the owner confidently shares that all ice bases are homemade, not outsourced. The seasonal fresh mango snowflake ice is made from milk-based snowflake ice, topped with locally sourced Ataulfo mangoes, and served with a small cup of condensed milk. For true mango lovers, there’s also the “Super Mango” snowflake ice—where even the ice itself is mango-flavored. One spoonful melts in your mouth, bursting with sweet flavor as if you’re eating “mango juice,” making it irresistible to keep going back for more.

The watermelon snowflake ice is crafted from giant watermelons from Hualien and New Zealand milk, then garnished with scooped-out watermelon balls. Its adorable look and soft pink hues make it a go-to for girls. In addition, red bean matcha and bubble tea snowflake ice are also hugely popular.
