As 2017 is coming to an end and countdowns to New Year's Eve parties are underway, many hotel operators have launched early New Year’s Eve packages. For example, Yu Yuan Garden Hotel, located near National Highway No. 3 in Taichung, offers an excellent city fireworks viewing spot.
