This Japanese-style tofu pudding specialty shop, with over 50 years of heritage, has recently launched a new line of floral sparkling drinks. Made fresh upon order and available in limited daily quantities, they’ve quickly become a hit. The vibrant, gradient colors instantly brighten your mood.

The Chiayi City branch is right next to the Chihkan Tower, and there’s also a branch in Anping.

“Together for a Long Time” — contains honey, Japanese apple cider vinegar, Spanish sherry vinegar, and seasonal edible flowers. The first sip brings out a rich honey flavor, followed by a fruity vinegar aroma. It’s the best-selling drink in the sparkling series.



“Meeting You” — made with cherry blossom syrup, rosehip syrup, and seasonal edible flowers. Using imported French fruit syrups, the delicate blend of cherry blossom and rose creates a unique fragrance. The soft pink color makes it perfect for photos and delicious to drink.



“Small Joys” — features green apple syrup, peach syrup, and seasonal edible flowers. The tangy green apple pairs with the sweetness of peach for a refreshing, not-too-sweet taste that dances on the palate.



“3C Original” — includes fresh lemon juice, apple slices, orange slices, and seasonal edible flowers. No sugar added, so you get the pure, natural flavors of the fruits.



“Your Tears” — combines citrus syrup and seasonal edible flowers. A favorite among blue lovers, its citrusy tartness and mix of colorful blooms brighten your mood.



Almond Tea — made from a golden ratio blend of southern and northern apricot kernels, ground into a smooth paste. The almond aroma is gentle and not overpowering.



“Double Almond Delight” — combines almond tea with almond tofu, offering two textures in one bite. You can fully enjoy 100% of the original almond flavor, plus the added texture of clearly defined red beans for extra enjoyment.



Mango Tofu Pudding — made with fresh Irwin mangoes for a rich, creamy mango puree that gives off a deep, enticing aroma without being overly sweet.



Matcha Tofu Pudding — fills the air with the fragrant scent of matcha, and has zero bitterness upon tasting.
