The buffet restaurant at Taipei Fu Hwa Hotel has been renamed “Park Avenue” (formerly the Louvre). The concept draws inspiration from nearby Ren’ai Road, likened to New York City’s Manhattan’s Park Avenue. In addition to a completely revamped dining environment, the menu features an all-new selection of American cuisine, such as grilled American bone-in lamb leg, American-style barbecue pork ribs, charcoal-grilled New Orleans salmon, and New Orleans crab cakes. During the soft opening period (July 13 – August 19), enjoy 1 free entry when 4 guests dine together.

The new American cuisine offerings include grilled American bone-in lamb leg, shrimp in red sauce, grilled American ribeye steak, and American-style barbecue pork ribs, all prepared with cooking techniques that lock in the juices. This time, the chef’s specials also offer a variety of American dishes, including charcoal-grilled New Orleans salmon and New Orleans crab cakes inspired by the famous Cajun cuisine of the American South, as well as grilled organic vegetables, American-style fried chicken, and a chef’s special California-style salad.

During the soft opening period (July 13 – August 19), enjoy 1 free entry when 4 guests dine together. Guests dressed in American cowboy or sports attire will receive an additional 15% discount and a complimentary chef’s special summer drink.
