Latest Attractions in Kaohsiung: The "Gangshan Eye" Skywalk Where You Can Walk on Clouds

Kaohsiung is about to get a new attraction again. A new tourism landmark in Gangshan District“Gangshan Eye”The park, with a music theme, has created the first skywalk in the Kaohsiung area. On the 14th, a ceremony was held to install the main tower’s capital, symbolizing that the most important structural part of the Gangshan Eye Park has been completed. Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chu stated that the park is expected to be fully completed by the end of October and will open before the Lunar New Year, poised to become a new popular destination in Kaohsiung.

The skywalk at the Gangshan Eye Park is designed with a music theme. The main tower, symbolizing the head of a piano, stands approximately 40.5 meters tall and is connected to the skywalk by 24 suspension cables representing piano strings, as if playing a vibrant life chapter unique to Little Gangshan. The skywalk is about 88 meters long and around 2 meters wide, allowing visitors to experience the sensation of walking on clouds.

The Kaohsiung Tourism Bureau stated that in the future, in addition to enjoying the scenery, the skywalk will also feature a coffee rest area, a music plaza, and a camouflaged bunker recreation area within the park. Slope pathways will be used to connect these rest areas, creating a new landmark for the Gangshan region.
