Expanding into the F&B Industry: Lion Group Launches New Dining Brand "gonna"

Lion Travel is stepping into the food and beverage industry. After 18 months of preparation, it has launched a brand-new dining brand called gonna, with the restaurant located on the first floor of the Lion Travel headquarters. YU Kuo-chen, General Manager of Lion Group, said that the initial concept of gonna was to create a space where people can embark on journeys of life through food, reading, and lectures.

Gonna emphasizes culinary-led, simple and delicious offerings, guaranteeing no artificial seasonings, with Mediterranean-style cuisine as the main focus. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as brunch, panini, burgers, and salads. For example, the 72-Hour Fennel-Roasted Live-Culture Pork uses Taiwan-raised live-culture pork that is fed only probiotics as the main ingredient. To preserve the tender and flavorful meat, it is marinated for 48 hours in fresh orange, rosemary, and organic brown sugar, then vacuum-aged at low temperature for 24 hours, and finally seasoned with fennel and Spanish smoked sweet paprika, with the skin roasted to a golden, crispy finish.
