The "field" shaped Changhua HSR Station to be completed by year-end, opening in July 2015

The Changhua Tianzhong HSR Station is expected to be completed by the end of 2014 and open for service in July next year. On the 25th, the Changhua County Government launched the "Happy Changhua, Sweet as Tianzhong" event, holding a concert in the evening to celebrate the upcoming high-speed rail. Changhua County Magistrate Cho Po-yuan stated that the people of Changhua will soon have their own HSR station, providing a new travel option to and from the area. He welcomes friends from across the country to visit Changhua via the high-speed rail in the future.
The overall design of the Changhua HSR Station emphasizes the spirit of local industries,using the concept of a "field" with wall columns shaped like plant petals. The station's roof will feature flower-inspired skylights to bring natural light into the interior hall. In addition, the station surroundings will include facilities such as a greenhouse for planted greenery.
