Victory Road West B isn’t hard to find, located near Changnuo and the well-known Ouna Steakhouse. Besides serving brunch, it also houses the Lorweii handmade boutique, offering creative works and specialty items from talented artisans.

The rusty door and the hollow-carved signboard exude a distinct light-industrial-meets-vintage vibe, making the shop’s personality palpable right from the entrance.

The interior decor mostly features metal sheets and wood, paired with unhidden red brick walls, giving the whole space a textured yet tranquil feel.

The quirky owner, Lucia, won’t bother you much—help yourself to tea and water, as if you were at home.

There are also power outlets available, letting you linger here all day. However, on the day Boge visited, there were young children in the shop, so he couldn’t enjoy the quiet atmosphere and didn’t stay long.

What makes Lucia B truly special is its unconventional brunch options. The dishes lean more toward a Japanese-style breakfast style, differing from typical Western brunches. The fruit salad uses fresh, seasonal fruits, and the soup is rich and flavorful, packed with ingredients—every spoonful is a delightful medley.

The bread is baked to perfection, impressing Boge with its crispy exterior and fragrant aroma. The golden gradient looks absolutely appetizing, yet the inside remains moist and soft, pairing wonderfully with nut butter for an extra twist.

Main dish: Steak N<

All meals here are by reservation. You can book by phone or through their Facebook page the day before. To avoid food waste, Lucia prepares ingredients based on the expected number of guests that day. Of course, walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are more reliable—Up!

The menu changes periodically. Here’s the menu from the day of the visit for reference—Up^__^
