No need to fly to Europe to enjoy Italian Michelin-starred cuisine!Chef Stefano Cerveni will present a four-day “Gourmet Art Star Chef Banquet” from October 29 to November 1 at the Paris 1930 Hall of the Ambassador Hotel.Cerveni will serve signature classic dishes from his Michelin one-star restaurant in Italy—Due Colombe—including tuna tartare with yogurt pea soup, chef’s special traditional beef, and black truffle pumpkin risotto, all presented in their authentic form.The set menu includes paired wines, all carefully selected by the chef from Italy, including red wine from the Castello di Poppiano winery in the Chianti wine region, as well as a wine ranked among the world’s top 100. Diners can also enjoy a selection of music by Italian musicians, creating the ultimate Italian gourmet experience.

[About the Chef]
Since 2008, Chef Stefano Cerveni’s restaurant Due Colombe has held the honor of a Michelin one-star rating to this day, and he is regarded as the “most authoritative interpreter in the history of cuisine” in Italy’s Franciacorta region. The chef excels at highlighting the characteristics of ingredients and uses exquisite techniques to transform simple elements into refined, culturally rich, top-tier dishes. In 2013, Stefano Cerveni stood out in the IMAF CHEF’s CUP, an Italian culinary competition involving 14 Michelin-starred chefs from Italy, winning first prize and further solidifying his status in the culinary world.
