Hefu Ferry Adds Extra Voting Flight on November 28, Coordinating with Taima Ferry to Alleviate Crowd

To facilitate the return of Kinmen compatriots residing in Taiwan for voting, China Shipping Enterprise has added an extra Hefu Ferry flight on November 28. It is expected to coordinate with the existing Taima Ferry schedule, together alleviating the return flow of nearly a thousand people on that day.

According to the Administrative Department of China Shipping Enterprise, the additional Hefu Ferry route on November 28 is Keelung → Matsu → Dongyin, with a total of 430 economy-class berths. The fare is uniformly set at NT$1,050, and the departure time is 22:30, the same as the Taima Ferry. The existing Taima Ferry can accommodate 500 people, including 348 berths and 116 seats. Berths are divided into economy, business, and first class depending on the cabin grade, with prices ranging from NT$1,050 to NT$1,890.

China Shipping Enterprise also stated that the additionally launched Hefu Ferry will begin accepting reservations by phone andonline bookingseven days in advance (starting from November 22), with phone service available daily from 08:30 to 17:00.
