The snail army is here！Outside the Dalin Transfer Station in Chiayi, there are a variety of colorful snails enjoying the sun and moon on the grass, adding a lively atmosphere to the station's surroundings and attracting visitors to stop and take photos.

These snail installation artworks were all created by grandparents in Dalin Township with an average age of around 70. They collected discarded tires, plastic bottles, and more, and added plenty of creativity to produce 40 colorful "Milan Slow City Transfer Snails." This snail army installation not only combines environmental awareness through reuse and the creative ideas of seniors who never stop learning, but also welcomes visitors with these vibrant snails after their tiring journeys, refreshing their spirits.

Netizen @sunny_8069mentioned that they first saw related posts online and decided to visit these adorable snails during their southern trip. These uniquely designed snails can be said to be the best remedy for relieving boredom during car rides！However, in early November, reports revealed that nearly half of the snails had been damaged—not only were decorative items missing, but some snails' antennae were also broken or deformed. Although the damaged snails will be repaired gradually, visitors are advised to be careful when taking photos to help keep these artworks intact for more guests to enjoy.
