Travel Expo Sale – Eastern Travel Malaysia Tours Up to NT$5,000 Off

The annual Taipei International Travel Fair is the perfect time for travelers to snag great deals, and travel agencies take the opportunity to boost sales through discounts. Eastern Travel is no exception. In addition to its star Malaysia package offering discounts of up to NT$5,000, the 5-day Thailand Twin Islands & Twin Shows tour is available at buy-one-get-one-free for just NT$9,900 (before tax), with guaranteed stays at five-star hotels. Additionally, customers who place orders on-site not only receive a gift with their purchase but will also be entered into a draw on the final day of the expo—three lucky winners will get an extra NT$5,000 off their booked tours.

This year at the travel fair, Eastern Travel has partnered with Tourism Malaysia to promote group travel packages to Malaysia, with discounts ranging from NT$1,300 to NT$5,000. According to Eastern Travel, the most value-packed option is the “Live Active Malaysian Paradise 5-Day” tour. It includes stays at five-star hotels every night, no hidden fees, complimentary service charges, and a price cut of NT$1,900. The total cost is just NT$19,600 (including tax). The itinerary includes one night at A’Famosa Resort, visits to the Malacca UNESCO World Heritage Site, an exploration of Batu Caves, and a taste of cosmopolitan Kuala Lumpur.

The other three highlighted itineraries are the 5-Day Malaysia Tour at the British Empire Resort (five-star), priced at NT$17,600 (NT$3,900 off); the 5-Day Malaysia-Singapore Lego Tour at the Global Dual-Theme Five-Star Resort, priced at NT$21,600 (NT$1,300 off); and the 5-Day Tropical Paradise Sabah Mountain & Sea Tour in Malaysia, which offers the highest discount of NT$5,000, priced at NT$18,100.

In addition to Malaysia packages, Eastern Travel is also offering other destinations at its booth. Among them, the 5-Day Thailand Twin Islands & Twin Shows tour is available as a buy-one-get-one-free deal during the expo, with an untaxed price of NT$9,900. When including tax (calculated at NT$4,000 per person), the average cost per person is just NT$8,950, which is also a great deal. Eastern Travel notes that this itinerary also guarantees stays at five-star hotels.
