Few countries in the world can rival Dubai in regularly introducing ultra-luxurious and wildly imaginative tourism services that redefine your idea of "travel." Having the world’s largest indoor Ferrari park isn’t enough—accordingCNNto reports, Dubai is now setting its sights underground, planning to build a real-life “Atlantis” as well as a four-in-one IMG Adventure Park.

Dubbed the “Pearl of Dubai,” this proposed underwater park aims to recreate the “Lost City” of Atlantis. Spanning five acres (approximately 6,120 pyeong), it will not only attract scuba diving and snorkeling enthusiasts but also feature massive artificial reefs designed to nurture marine life. The park is slated to open in 2020. “There are two types of guests we welcome here—one with a ‘credit card,’ and the other with ‘fins,’” joked Patrick Douglas, CEO of the underwater project.

In addition to the water park, they aim to replicate the success of Orlando’s Disney World by creating the IMG Adventure Park (IMG World of Adventure), which will be divided into four themed zones. Attractions include Jurassic World, LEGO Land, Cartoon Network, and Marvel superhero exhibits. This park is designed to surpass the existing Ferrari park and become the world’s largest indoor amusement venue.

“We want this park to become a future tourism hotspot for Dubai. Of course, we’re going big—going small just wouldn’t be fun,” said the Vice President of Marketing for the world’s largest indoor park.

Dubai has no shortage of theme park plans, but many have been shelved before completion. Before the 2008 financial crisis, numerous proposals ended up in the trash. Yet Dubai keeps pushing forward. “It’s hard to assess the potential of such brand-new theme parks. Dubai wants to be a global hub for leisure and entertainment—we don’t just offer something ‘better,’ we give you an entire ‘world.’”
