Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is the world’s largest marine-themed amusement park. Its most eye-catching landmark, the Whale Shark Aquarium, attracts huge crowds of visitors every year. In addition to the romantic underwater tunnel, the massive 8.3-meter-high and 39.6-meter-long glass display window lets you get up close to over 20,000 marine creatures, including whale sharks, manta rays, and sea turtles. Watching the enormous whale sharks glide by, the mysterious allure of the ocean makes it hard to leave—and now, you can stay overnight and sleep alongside them.

Starting this September, the Whale Shark Aquarium has introduced an underwater diving program, allowing visitors not just to watch the sharks, but also to gear up and swim with them. Moreover, the aquarium is crowded during the day, making it difficult to quietly appreciate the beauty of the underwater world. To address this, the park now offers an overnight camping activity, where guests can pitch tents inside the aquarium at night, immerse themselves in the mystical marine ambiance, say goodnight to the whale sharks, and drift off to a romantic sleep.
