The Hsühai Hot Spring Festival in Mudan Township, Pingtung County, is now underway Up！From December 6 to February 28 next year (2015), the Hsühai Hot Spring Festival combines cultural and eco-tourism activities such as hiking ancient trails to greet the sunrise... allowing visitors to not only enjoy hot springs in Mudan Township but also experience the healthy and vibrant atmosphere of a traditional indigenous village.

This is the second time that Mudan Township has held the Hsühai Hot Spring Festival. This year, in collaboration with local tribal operators, the festival has become even more lively. With activities such as cultural and eco-tourism, healthy recreational softball games, hiking ancient trails to greet the sunrise, and indigenous music creation exhibitions — the MAKADY Tribal Music Heritage Festival — all combined with hot spring experiences, visitors can get even closer to the authentic atmosphere of the area.
