Taichung buffet features roast suckling pig and lamb leg — 7 kinds of freshly sliced delicacies change daily

Star Delicacy International Buffet launches a BBQ grilling season this scorching summer. In addition to serving 30 exquisite grilled dishes that rotate daily, from mid-October onward, they also offer freshly grilled and sliced delights every Monday to Sunday evening at 6:30 PM. Monday brings "Tomahawk Pork Chop," Tuesday has "Grilled Lamb Leg," Wednesday serves "Sweet Cherry Duck," Thursday offers "Tender Roast Pork/Luscious Crispy Pork," Friday features "Grilled Big Fish," and on Saturdays and Sundays, there's a "Fresh Fish Slaughter Show." Starting promptly at 6:30 PM each day, the dishes are sliced fresh and served on the spot until they run out.

These 30 mouthwatering seafood and meat dishes are presented with creative flair, blending ingredients into unexpectedly delicious combinations. They include the highly popular Fengjia Night Market favorite "Pork Intestine Wrapped Around Sausage," the ultra-chewy and tender "Bacon Rice Cake Skewers," the richly Korean-flavored "Korean Kimchi Beef Skewers," the burst-in-your-mouth "Tomato Beef Skewers," the flavorful and rich "Grilled Fish Chin," the fresh and sweet "Charcoal-Grilled White Shrimp," and the authentically Southeast Asian-tasting "Southeast Asian Chicken Skewers."

All these dishes are carefully marinated by the chefs using premium sauces and specially made seasonings, ensuring every bite is infused with the chef’s rich creativity and ingenuity. The uniquely flavored homemade barbecue sauce is the soul of these delicious skewers. To elevate the skewers even further, the chef has created a secret blend featuring Taichung’s famous Dongquan Chili Sauce and cumin, bringing a whole new twist to barbecue sauce.

The restaurant currently offers great dining deals, including a 10% discount for all diners on weekdays evenings regardless of party size; birthday celebrations for friends and family — the birthday guest gets 50% off when dining in a group of three, or a 10% discount for the whole table; and special offers for seniors — 15% off for those aged 70, 20% off for those aged 80, and a general 10% discount for elders.
