Taiwan Railways adds 8 more eastbound trains during New Year’s holiday — all are Puyuma trains this time!

Haven’t gotten your tickets yet for traveling to eastern Taiwan during the New Year’s holiday? Taiwan Railways is adding more services for the holiday travel rush — and this time, they’re all Puyuma trains. Tickets go on sale at midnight on the 25th.

To meet the transportation demand during the New Year’s holiday, Taiwan Railways will add a total of 8 services of new Tze-Chiang Limited Express (Puyuma and Taroko) trains between Shulin and Hualien, as well as between Shulin and Taitung on December 31, 2014, January 1, 2015, and January 4, 2015. Online and phone ticket reservations will open simultaneously at midnight on December 25. For details on the train services and schedules, please visitthe Taiwan Railways website.
