7,000 netizens vote: Bangkok tops 'Most Desired City to Ring in the New Year,' Taipei ranks 6th

If you could choose, which city in the world would you most want to ring in the New Year in this year? The popular booking website Agoda.com recently releasedthe results of its Travel Smart Survey, with Bangkok taking the top spot and Taipei ranking 6th.

In November this year, Agoda.com conducted an online survey asking 7,000 travelers from around the world to choose their preferred destination to ring in the New Year from among 24 locations, as well as who they would like to spend it with and how they would like to welcome the new year. The survey results revealed that Bangkok received 13.60% of the total votes, securing first place, while Hong Kong and \ secured second and third places respectively.
Taipei ranked 6th with 7.94% of the vote.
