After nearly 20 years of construction, the Jifu Highway officially opened in full on the 24th. Now, passengers can easily commute between Nangang Station and Fulong by taking Bus No. 1577.

The Jifu Highway, operated by Capital Bus, officially opened in full on the 24th, offering three daily bus services. The route mainly passes throughNangang Exhibition Center Station, National Freeway No. 1, straight along Nuannuan Dongshi Street (Nuannuan District Office, Nuandong Gorge), Jiping Tunnel, Shifen Scenic Area (with transfer to Taiwan Railways Pingxi Line), Pingshuang Tunnel, straight along Shuanggan Highway (Wanqiong, Pinglin), Gongliao Junior High School, Tianliaoyang, and Longmen Camp.The route adopts a distance-based fare system, with a full fare of NT$132 and a half fare of NT$66, and supports EasyCard and other multi-card services.
