This bowl of Qianlongfang beef noodles is no ordinary dish—it inherits the renowned legacy of Toucheng Longji Beef Noodles. Although it’s been a while since I last tasted the flavors of Longji and can’t make a direct comparison, this bowl is undoubtedly of very high quality.

The signboard itself indicates its connection to Longji Beef Noodles—it’s said that the chef from there opened this shop.

The shop is located on Jiaoxi Old Street, specifically along Zhongshan Road near Jiaoxi Railway Station.

The tables and chairs here are quite classic and vintage. Since it’s newly opened, the place is also very clean. However, I couldn’t see any air conditioning—summer might get pretty hot here~~ Though there is one in the photo, it might not be very powerful.

The self-service area here is also quite clean.

Hehe, they even have this chopstick sterilizer—I saw one for the first time!!

Menu!! The main focus is on beef noodles, but there are other noodle options available. The prices are a bit higher compared to other places in Yilan, but given that Jiaoxi gets a lot of tourists, the pricing seems reasonable enough.

For side dishes, we only ordered cucumber!! Too bad I forgot to take a photo!!

We ordered their signature “Beef Trinity”!!!! We like to drink the soup first!!! And the broth is truly amazing—no complaints!!!!

These beef tendon chunks are really big!!

Let’s compare it with a spoon—you can probably see just how large the pieces are. The texture is just right—tender and soft yet still has some chew.

The beef tripe is also well-prepared, very tender and easy to bite into, not the kind that stays tough no matter how long you chew.

The beef tendons are also bouncy and tender. Just a couple of bites and they’re soft, chewy, and full of flavor.

The noodles here are more like ramen, not our usual preference for white noodles or chewy knife-cut noodles, but they’re still pretty good~

For us, these three treasures aren’t just about the tendons, tripe, and beef—the essence of all three—but also the great broth, good noodles, and big chunks of meat. That’s the real trifecta!!

We also ordered the beef brisket noodles—the meat quality is also very good, and the rest is similar. Haha, we really should’ve ordered two different bowls to try—these two are actually quite similar in style.
