Steakhouse Celebrates 5th Anniversary with First Import of Spanish Iberian Bone-in Pork Ribs

Victoria Hotel announced that December this year marks the 5th anniversary of N° 168 PRIME Steakhouse. To celebrate, they are rolling out an array of new dishes while also bringing back their most popular menu items since opening, offering diners a chance to enjoy a wide variety of culinary offerings in one go.

Thomas Chiu, Western Cuisine Executive Chef at N° 168 PRIME Steakhouse, said this season’s menu features many seafood elements and offers a variety of American-style appetizers and soups, such as Duo of Fresh Fish, Chilled Seafood Pot, and Philadelphia Tripe and Bell Pepper Soup. For main courses, in addition to steak options, the restaurant is introducing, for the first time this year, the world-renowned Spanish Iberian bone-in pork ribs alongside American Berkshire pork, presenting dishes like Grilled Purebred Berkshire Pork Belly and Bone-in Spanish Iberian Pork Ribs, as well as new main choices like Grilled Rainbow Trout and Deep-sea Lobster. Lunch sets start from NT$960, and dinner sets from NT$1,750.
