New 2015 Attraction at Universal Studios Japan: Team Up to Hunt "Attack on Titan"

Starting January 23, 2015, Universal Studios Japan will launch a limited-time themed area“Universal Cool Japan”featuring four popular anime series, and now the long-awaited attraction based on the best-selling manga "Attack on Titan" has finally been unveiled. Visitors can witness towering male and female Titans battling in the streets—some as tall as 14 to 15 meters—and even become members of the Survey Corps to join the mission to capture the Female Titan, making it highly anticipated even before its opening.

According to information released on the Universal Studios Japan official website, the "Attack on Titan" themed area will bring scenes from the manga to life. Visitors can see the 15-meter-tall Eren and the 14-meter-tall Female Titan fighting in the streets, along with the appearance of a “Titan that devours humans,” allowing guests to experience the terror of being eaten and take dramatic photos.
