Ramen shop launches “curry rice” set meals!? Menya Musashi uses its classic pork bone and seafood double broths as the base, adding seven carefully selected Indian spices along with fresh yogurt and tomatoes to create a rich and thick curry sauce. At the “Tiger Roar Shop,” they have introduced two new curry set meals: the “Curry Pork Cutlet Set Meal” and the “Curry Chicken Cutlet Set Meal,” both priced at NT$250.

The pork bone and seafood double broth is a signature feature of Menya Musashi. This time, the curry sauce for the set meals is based on this broth, combined with seven selected Indian spices, fresh yogurt, and tomatoes to make a thick curry sauce. It’s further enhanced with green and red bell peppers, as well as potatoes and carrots that are coated in batter and deep-fried. The pork cutlet is made from fresh tenderloin pork, breaded and fried until golden and crispy, while the chicken cutlet uses salt-grilled chicken thigh meat. The rice is specially selected from Taijing No. 9 rice grown in the beautiful mountainous region of Fuli, Hualien.

In terms of flavor, Menya Musashi recommends that first-timers choose the mild-sweet version, which has a gentle level of spiciness. For those who prefer stronger flavors, the spicy version is available.
