HowQ Pop-up at Banqiao Dayeh Mart for 2 Months Launches Limited Flavor "Happy Bean Kernel"

From September 1 to October 31, the popular bagel shop HowQ will set up a "HowQ Bagel POP-UP SHOP Department Store Limited Pop-up Store" at B1F of Banqiao Dayeh Mart (in front of Din Tai Fung). In addition to featuring freshly handmade, healthy, and delicious bagels, this pop-up introduces a New Taipei City-exclusive bagel flavor for the first time — made with specially selected Taiwan No. 9 edamame, creating the new "Happy Bean Kernel" bagel flavor.

Edamame is a well-known household side dish, made from soybeans harvested at 80% maturity, rich in essential fatty acids and dietary fiber needed by the human body. The in-house bagel chefs at HowQ designed this new "Happy Bean Kernel" bagel flavor. To highlight the natural sweetness of edamame, they chose to preserve its original texture — simply grinding the edamame and mixing it into the butter filling to create a refreshing and smooth edamame-flavored bagel.

The limited-time collaboration between HowQ and Banqiao Dayeh Mart features the exclusive "Happy Bean Kernel" bagel, which will be available in limited quantities every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The most popular limited-edition pop-up flavor, "Rose Hibiscus Cheese Bagel," will be available in limited quantities every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Other best-selling flavors such as Sweet Potato Cheese, Banana Chocolate, Strawberry Sweet Cheese, Taro Salted Egg Yolk, Brown Sugar Black Sesame, and Double Cheese are also available.
