To provide travelers with better services, the Kuitan Hot Spring Experience Pool is currently undergoing facility improvement works. For the safety of visitors, the pool will be temporarily closed from January 26 (Monday) to February 3 (Tuesday), 2015.

The Kuitan Hot Spring Experience Pool is Tainan City’s first public hot spring foot bath facility. Located in Nansi District, Tainan City, it features three open-air foot baths supplied directly with hot spring water from the Kuitan hot spring source, offering an authentic experience of the high-quality bicarbonate hot spring water unique to Kuitan.

The Tainan City Government Tourism Bureau stated that this closure is aimed at providing a better environment. They apologize for any inconvenience caused to visitors during the closure period. From January 21 to February 15, 2015, although the pool is closed for renovations, discounted admission at NT$10 is available for the public to experience the Kuitan Hot Spring.

Transportation Information:
By Car: Take National Freeway No. 3 → Guantian System Interchange toward Yujing → Provincial Highway 84 → Yujing → Provincial Highway 20 → Provincial Highway 3 toward Nansi → Provincial Highway 186 → Kuitan Hot Spring
By Bus: The area has a “Kuitan Hot Spring” bus stop served by Green 21 route, with three round trips daily from Yujing. Buses run approximately every three hours between Yujing and Kuitan Oil Mine Station, making it convenient for visitors to enjoy and relax around the area.
