Waffle Bant, listed by many as a must-eat in Seoul, South Korea, has also opened in Taiwan. Its first store is located near Hanshin Dome Station in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung. For those who’ve fallen in love with the taste and want more, there’s no need to endure the hassle of flying to Seoul.

Waffle Bant is hailed by netizens as serving the best Belgian waffles in Korea. It currently has over 200 branches in Korea. The Kaohsiung Dome store began a trial sale on February 1 and will officially open on February 8. During the trial period, customers who purchase any coffee beverage and check in on Facebook will receive a complimentary classic original waffle, while supplies last. On opening day, there will be a limited offer of 200 classic original waffles at half price. Numbered tickets will be handed out at the event booth starting at 2 p.m., with one ticket per person (no proxies allowed), and distribution will stop once all are given out.
