After discovering the mistake, the travel agency immediately corrected the price and emphasized that those who successfully placed orders would still join the tour for the 9,900 yuan group fee.

A 12-day adventure through North Holland for just 9,900 yuan attracted netizens to frantically place orders, selling out instantly — but it was all a misunderstanding.

Due to euro exchange rate adjustments, ZenYang Travel changed the pricing for the itinerary, but a staff member entered the wrong price, and it wasn’t caught during the review process. The company admitted the oversight and stated that for consumers whose booking status showed as “confirmed,” the selling price would be 9,900 yuan as per the order details. A dedicated representative will proactively contact the customers to assist with the subsequent registration and contract procedures.

The original price of 99,000 yuan was mistakenly listed as 9,900 yuan, affecting the groups scheduled for 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 6/5, and 9/45, with at least 20 successful bookings. The travel agency’s loss exceeds 2 million yuan. However, some netizens suspect this is a marketing tactic by the travel agency, saying, “In reality, those 20 people were all pre-arranged employees — a successful advertisement!”

ZenYang Travel posted a statement on its official website noting that the prices for the five aforementioned group dates had been corrected to 99,000 yuan on February 8.
