The century-old French bakery brand PAUL Bakery launched 11 new dishes in 2015, including one children's meal. In addition to incorporating their own classic baked breads into appetizers, PAUL also introduced new items from their signature French home-style cuisine.

Appetizers and salads include Mozzarella Tomato Salad, Tuscany Flute Vinaigrette Salad, and Gourmet Bread Dip Appetizer. The new dishes in the homemade home-style cuisine series are B.L.T. Panini, Reuben Beef Panini, and PAUL Classic Burger. Meanwhile, the Parisian Bistro Cuisine series has added new items such as Parmigiano Caramelized Onion Steak, Spicy Bolognese Bird’s Nest Pasta, Alsatian White Wine Cream Chicken Thighs, and Spicy Tomato Braised Pork Ribs with Seasonal Vegetables. Additionally, the children's meal is the Little Paul Energy Set, where the main dish can be chosen between a mini chicken sandwich or a mini Vienna brother.

One particularly unique feature is how PAUL incorporates their own classic baked breads into the appetizers, including their house-baked toasted bread served with "Gourmet Bread Dip" topped with basil pesto, tomato salsa, and Provençal caper olive sauce; the classic South European salad made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese, paired with PAUL’s own golden toasted bread slices in the "Mozzarella Tomato Salad"; and PAUL’s classic baguette soaked in sherry vinaigrette, served with a light fiber salad of green beans, tomatoes, and onions in the "Tuscany Flute Vinaigrette Salad."
