Reservations for the restaurant RAW, opened by André Chiang, have been fully booked since its launch. To secure a spot, many people stayed up all night waiting to book online the moment it hit 12:00. However, the reservation rules changed on February 13—the opening time is now moved to 12:00 noon for bookings within the next 14 days (for example: at 12:00 noon on February 13, you can book for February 26). This way, no more all-nighters are needed！

Currently, RAW offers both lunch and dinner. For lunch, besides the 1,850 NT$ set menu, there's also a simple Express Lunch Menu suitable for those in a hurry, priced at 850 NT$. Reservations for groups of 8 or fewer must be made via the official website www.raw.com.tw. For groups of 9 or more, you can leave a message on the website, and someone will call to confirm the reservation details.
