While Taiwan is celebrating Lunar New Year, Japan’s Fukuoka is welcoming its annual “Fukuoka Shopping Festival”! To attract more international tourists to shop in Fukuoka, a total of 19 facilities including Hakata Hankyu and Fukuoka Marina City will offer various discounts and gifts from now until February 28.

The “Fukuoka Shopping Festival FUKUOKA WELCOME CAMPAIGN,” which began in 2013, is now in its third year. It brings together the entire city of Fukuoka and its commercial facilities to jointly welcome international tourists during the Lunar New Year holiday, offering a variety of discounts and gifts tailored especially for them. This year, 19 facilities with around 480 shops are providing special offers for visitors.
