China Airlines announced an increase in winter flights on the "New Zealand-Australia route" and launched creative MRT car designs in Taipei. The stunning starry skies of Christchurch in New Zealand’s South Island, skydiving experiences in Melbourne, Australia, and the scene of climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge have been brought to Taipei MRT cars. Passengers can take photos, post them on their Facebook walls, and publicly comment "#ChinaAirlinesTruthOrDare" for a chance to win a round-trip economy class ticket from China Airlines to the location featured in their photo.
Chiu Chang-hsin, Marketing Manager for China Airlines in Taiwan, said that starting this winter, China Airlines has increased flights on the New Zealand-Australia route, making it the airline with the most comprehensive presence in the region. Among these, the Taipei–Brisbane–Auckland route connects two major tourist cities, Brisbane and Auckland, currently offering four flights per week (departing on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Starting December 1, this will be increased to one daily flight.
