Last updated 2026-11-08 — Some people say that Boge is the drink in Tainan, and Dinge is the drink in Taitung. The popular hand-crank tea shop "Dinge Tea" in eastern Taiwan entered Taipei in January 2017 and opened a store in Nangang. There are currently 40 branches in Taiwan. Although the location is far from the city center, it still receives many praises and love due to its good reputation over the years. The store specializes in freshly squeezed drinks, hoping that customers can drink affordable drinks.

Some say that in Tainan you should drink Bobo tea, and in Taitung you should drink Dingge tea. The hand-shaken tea shop "Dingge Tea Drink," beloved in eastern Taiwan, expanded to Taipei in January 2017 with its Nangang Start branch. It now has 40 branches across Taiwan. Although its location is far from the city center, it still receives many positive reviews and a lot of love thanks to its good reputation over the years. The store emphasizes freshly squeezed drinks, hoping customers can enjoy affordable beverages.

The shop recently installed a photo wall that looks very impressive. Shop manager Li said: “Previously there was a lot of news about milk, and we wanted to create a sense of using real ingredients. Many people are concerned about what they’re actually drinking, but actually, this wall shows only our usage for one to one-and-a-half months.” It also notes that now many beverage shops use fresh juice, “but the most realistic factor is price. We believe that with the amount of pure juice we offer, you can’t get it at this price elsewhere in Taipei.”

Taro fresh milk
Steam the taro in a rice cooker for about 1–2 hours, then mash it. Let it cool before achieving the best texture. The shop emphasizes that their taro fresh milk dessert isn’t loose and crumbly—you’ll taste the solid bits, and the milk has a taro flavor, not just taro-flavored milk tea. In terms of sweetness and ice, since the taro is already sweetened during blending and the milk itself is naturally sweet, it’s recommended that most people start with no sugar.

Grapefruit Green Tea

The main appeal is freshly squeezed juice—the fruit selection varies by season. Domestic grapefruit is about as common as oranges. Recently, imported grapefruit was used, making the taste more acidic, which sold very well in the summer.

The Orange Green Tea, recommended by Cai A’ga, also features different flavors each season. The shop owner said, “Recently, we used imported oranges, which were sweeter and more fragrant. Now, it’s peak production season, so we’re using domestically grown ones with a milder taste. Around March and April, we’ll use Taitung’s unique citrus, which is more sour in taste but has a particularly unique aroma.””
