After visiting an exhibition at Hua Shan 1914 Creative Park and wanting to have lunch with friends to chat about the experience, Pingzi recommends AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro inside the park. It serves delicious business lunch pasta, plus free refills on coffee and black tea—perfect for a casual lunch meet-up.

When you arrive at Hua Shan 1914 Cultural and Creative Park and walk to the end of this corridor, you’ll see AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro on your right. Its small storefront, nestled between historic buildings and heritage sites, has a lot of character.

From its early days as a popular spot at the Dazhi branch, to now being here at AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro, the outdoor area of this bistro has a very international vibe.

This pasta shop has its own distinctive style—no matter which branch you visit, the signage is very design-forward, square-shaped, and instantly eye-catching.

AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro stands out in just such a cozy little eatery, with the layout of a true bistro.

Stepping inside, you’ll find a not-so-large space entirely designed in an industrial style, paired with colorful metal chairs that give off a very trendy, design-forward feel.

The open kitchen counter lets you watch the chefs at work, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its popularity means it quickly fills up with guests.

The space is designed with the ambiance of a European bistro, making everyone feel relaxed.

On the side, you’ll see the free self-serve hot and iced black tea and coffee that come with the business lunch. Iced coffee is also available—just ask the staff.

The water glasses are highball glasses, very elegant—tempting you to have a little drink.

At AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro, only business lunches are served at noon, all priced uniformly at NT$280. Each includes a soup, French bread, and self-serve coffee or tea. If there’s a long wait, dining time may be limited to 1.5 hours. Besides a variety of pasta flavors, there are also four salad options—a great recommendation.

Tableware arrangement.

The business lunch comes with a bowl of soup served in an iron bowl—looks pretty good. The soup is hot, made by simmering vegetables like tomatoes and onions. It’s light and not greasy, perfect for warming up.

The French bread is golden, crispy, and has a nice chewy texture.

Pingzi had the garlic and spicy chicken pasta—the noodles were al dente, and there was a generous portion of chicken. The garlic flavor wasn’t overpowering.

The noodles had a good bite and firmness, the chicken tender and hearty—delicious.

Her friend had the garlic and chicken tomato pasta—the tomato flavor was rich, topped with cheese.

The white wine clam pasta featured fresh clams and a generous portion.

Everyone paid the same price: NT$280 plus 10% service charge—prices are unified.

Wi-Fi is also available here. Though there’s a time limit for dining, 1.5 hours is plenty of time to enjoy a business lunch, chat a bit, and relax—it’s really not bad. If you’re next visiting Hua Shan 1914 Cultural and Creative Park and want a meal, AL CICCHETTO Pasta & Bistro is definitely the place to go.
