The Yilan Green Expo to Kick Off at End of March, Featuring "Dual Museums Combo Ticket" with National Museum of Prehistory

The annual Yilan Green Expo is set to open at the end of this month. This year’s theme is “Green Miracle – The New Generation of Agriculture,” continuing the event’s longstanding commitment to sustainability and environmental protection. The expo park will feature five major themed areas, including water ecology landscapes and nostalgic rural scenes.

This year’s Green Expo will include a “Water Green Plaza” that conveys the concept of a homeland of water, an “Indigenous Flavor” area showcasing indigenous culture, as well as a marine forest, the Serene Settlement, and a friendly agriculture and forestry theme. Additionally, this year the county government has collaborated with the National Museum of Prehistory to launch a “Dual Museums Discount Combo Ticket.” Tickets purchased through the 7-11 ibon system across Taiwan before March 27 will be offered at a special weekday rate of NT$180 and a weekend rate of NT$250 (original prices are NT$250 and NT$350 respectively). Buyers who purchase four combo tickets can redeem a JiMi L folder, while those who buy ten can receive a “Old Ma Charlie Travel Notebook.” These promotions aim to encourage visitors to come to the expo and then also visit the museum.

Ticket Information: Regular ticket – NT$250 on weekends, NT$150 on weekdays (for those aged 12 and above, under 65); Concession ticket – NT$200 on weekends, NT$120 on weekdays (for children aged 7–12, those between 115cm–150cm in height, or groups of 30 or more); Outdoor Learning Ticket – NT$120 (for student groups of 20 or more); Free admission for children under 7, seniors over 65, or individuals holding a disability card.
